目的对某医疗机构医用口腔X射线诊断建设项目职业病危害放射防护控制效果进行评价,为竣工验收和项目的正式运行提供依据。方法依据国家有关法规、标准、规范,根据建设单位提交的材料与对本项目进行的现场卫生学调查和放射防护检测情况,进行综合性分析。结果机房防护设计和措施合理、有效;机房的有效使用面积为2.94 m2,最小单边长度为1.4 m,均略偏小;工作人员操作处和机房周围辐射水平均为仪器本底水平(未测出);X射线机的防护性能均符合相关要求;逾期未对放射工作人员进行在岗期间职业健康检查和放射防护相关知识培训。结论本项目放射防护控制效果基本符合放射卫生学要求和国家有关标准规定的相关要求,基本达到了竣工验收的条件。但在放射工作人员管理和管理制度落实方面还需加强。
Objective To evaluate the effect of radiation protection and control of occupational hazards in the construction of medical oral X-ray diagnostic projects in a medical institution and provide the basis for the completion acceptance and the formal operation of the project. Methods Based on the relevant national laws and regulations, standards and norms, a comprehensive analysis was carried out based on the materials submitted by the construction unit, on-site hygiene investigations conducted on the project and on radiation protection and testing. Results The engine room protection design and measures were reasonable and effective. The effective use area of the engine room was 2.94 m2 and the minimum one-side length was 1.4 m, both slightly smaller. The radiation levels of staff operating room and engine room were all at the instrument level Out); X-ray machine protection performance are in line with the relevant requirements; overdue radiation workers on the job during occupational health checks and radiological training related knowledge. Conclusion The radiation protection control effect of this project basically meets the relevant requirements stipulated by the requirements of radiation hygiene and relevant national standards and basically meets the conditions of completion acceptance. However, there is still a need to strengthen the implementation of the radiation staff management and management system.
