一、高度认识党组织凝聚力的基本概念(一)党组织凝聚力与一般组织凝聚力的区别一般组织凝聚力通常是指组织对成员的向心力和吸引力,着重研究的是组织如何吸引和凝聚内部成员,或者什么因素可以让成员认同并依从于组织本身。党组织凝聚力侧重于组织和党员之间的关系,更重要的是还要兼顾把广大群众凝聚在党的周围。
