室性二联律(VBR)是以正常窦性周期和室性早搏(VPB)交替为特征的节律,在有无器质性心脏病病人中常见。Langendorf等提出的“二联律(BR)规则”VPB很可能出现在一次停歇之后,于是,一次VPB后的代偿间歇促发第二次VPB,并产生BR。临床和试验研究表明,室性心律有隐匿型和显型。隐匿型的连续活动,只能通过显性异位搏动之间的窦性周期数来推断。本研究试图探索显性室性二联律(OVBR)终结的机制。资料和方法:25名受试者,无器质性心脏病者6例,冠心病12例,原发性心肌功能失调8例。均为非卧床24小时双导ECG磁带记录。记录时间22.8±1.1
Ventricular bigeminy (VBR) is a rhythm characterized by alternating normal sinus cycles and ventricular premature beats (VPB), common in patients with and without organic heart disease. The VPB proposed by Langendorf et al. Is likely to appear after a single pause, so a compensatory pause after a VPB triggers a second VPB and produces a BR. Clinical and experimental studies have shown that ventricular rhythm occult type and phenotype. Occult type of continuous activity can only be deduced from the number of sinus cycles between dominant and ectopic beats. This study sought to explore the mechanism of termination of dominant compartment duality (OVBR). Materials and Methods: Twenty-five subjects, 6 without organic heart disease, 12 with coronary heart disease and 8 with primary myocardial dysfunction. All were ambulatory 24-hour bi-pilot ECG tape records. Record time 22.8 ± 1.1
