我科在急诊工作中应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速5例,均为男性,年龄51～66岁,病程2～10yr,均经心电图确诊其心房率在160～214次/min。5例均反复发作,其中1例曾多次住院治疗。治疗和观察方法:在阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)发作时应用ATP20mg原液直接静脉推注,同时记录心电图。治疗效果:5例PSVT经用ATP治疗后,均在5～10s内转复成功。其中1例经用西地兰、异搏定无效后,先用50％葡萄糖稀释后缓慢静脉推注无效,5min后再用ATP20mg原液直接快速静
Our department in the emergency work application of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in 5 cases, both men, aged 51 to 66 years, duration of 2 ~ 10yr, were diagnosed by ECG atrial rate of 160 to 214 Times / min. Five cases were recurrent, of which 1 case had multiple hospitalizations. Treatment and observation: in the onset of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) ATP20mg direct injection of the original solution, while recording ECG. Therapeutic effect: 5 cases of PSVT treated with ATP, were 5 ~ 10s successful recovery.
