在观察生脉散对缺血心肌作用的同时,也观察了生脉散对人体免疫功能的影响,以常用的免疫抑制剂作对照,制定不同浓度的生脉散对T 淋巴细胞转化的作用。实验结果表明,生脉散浓度不同对T 淋巴细胞转化作用亦不同,即低浓度生脉散能促进T 淋巴细胞转化,高浓度生脉散对其具有抑制作用。同时观察了复方丹参注射液对T 淋巴细胞的转化也有促进作用。本实验采取健康人血作体外培养,在植物血凝素刺激下观察淋巴细胞的转化,用国产FJ
While observing the effect of Shengmaisan on ischemic myocardium, the effect of Shengmaisan on human immune function was also observed. With the commonly used immunosuppressants as controls, the effect of Shengmaisan with different concentrations on the transformation of T lymphocytes was established. The experimental results show that different concentrations of Shengmaisan have different effects on the transformation of T lymphocytes. That is, low concentrations of Shengmaisan can promote the transformation of T lymphocytes, and high concentrations of Shengmaisan can inhibit it. At the same time, it was also observed that compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection also promoted the transformation of T lymphocytes. In this experiment, healthy human blood was cultured in vitro, and lymphocyte transformation was observed under the stimulation of lectin in plants.
