Since its opening, Flames Grill of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is a multi-award winning restaurant, and now Chandra Arunasalam, the Executive Chef, challenges himself again by launching the new a-la-carte menu of the most creative international cuisine. Chef Chandra garnered reputation from lots of three-star Michelin restaurants and deep friendship with a number of celebrity chefs. Beginning this year, there will be series of activities of "Tribute to the Great American Michelin Restaurants and Chefs", presenting some of the original famous American Michelin restaurant dishes. Guests can experience the culinary classics of American cooking and Michelin restaurants right here in Beijing.
