Taste Of The North, Chynna Chinese Restaurant
位于酒店五層的秦唐中餐厅,取中国历史上最为强盛繁华的两个王朝为名,向人们诠释着它独有的帝王之韵。餐厅今年刚刚完成了菜单升级,根据时令推出地道的北京菜,很多菜色连北京本地客人都大呼亲切,慕名而去。餐厅行政总厨孔德龙师傅,出生于北京,拥有20多年丰富的餐饮从业经验,精通各大菜系,对北京菜更是颇有心得。新的菜单以应季可口接地气的北京家常菜为主,招牌的孜然香烤盐池滩羊排,拥有如同烤鸭一样酥而不腻的金黄脆皮和鲜浓多汁的嫩肉,更是每桌必点。昔日要专程到胡同寻觅的北京菜,如今在酒店就可享用,配合五星级的服务和出品,叫人连生好感。孔师傅以北方菜系为主又兼顾少量川湘风味,在创新中不失传统,无论你来自何处,在秦唐都可以感受家乡的味道。
Chynna Chinese Restaurant is located on the fifth floor of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing, named after two most prosperous dynasties in China's history, shows its unique imperial rhyme. The restaurant just finished creating a new menu, in which the special charm of the northern cuisine is fully displayed, even to the amazement of the old Beijing locals! Executive Chef Kong Delong, born in Beijing, has over 20 years of rich experience in restaurant business. He is well versed in cooking of various cuisines and has a fine taste of Beijing cuisine. The new menu is a collection of delicacies in northern China, choosing natural ingredients and using homely cooking techniques. Signature dish, Roasted Lamb Rib with Cumin, also called "Yanchi Tan Sheep", provides crisp skin and juicy meat just like Beijing duck, a must-try for every connoisseur! The new menu also has a small selection of the Sichuan flavor stir-fry. The chef's team has a unique innovation among traditional cuisine, so no matter where you come from, you can enjoy the taste of home from here!
