目的探讨脆性组氨酸三联体(fragile histidine triad,FHIT)基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell carCi-noma,NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学SP法检测60例非小细胞肺癌组织、20例正常肺组织基因蛋白的表达情况。结果 FHIT基因蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为55.00%(33/60),正常肺组织中阳性表达率为85.00%(17/20),FHIT基因蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌的性别、组织类型、肺癌淋巴结转移、吸烟等有关(P<0.05)。结论 FHIT基因在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程中发挥了重大作用。FHIT基因可能是烟草致癌的分子靶。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) gene in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Tissue microarrays and immunohistochemical SP method were used to detect the expression of gene proteins in 60 non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 20 normal lung tissues. Results The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in NSCLC was 55.00% (33/60), while the positive expression rate in normal lung tissue was 85.00% (17/20). The expression of FHIT protein in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in non-small cell lung cancer , Lymph node metastasis of lung cancer, smoking and so on (P <0.05). Conclusion FHIT gene plays an important role in the development of non-small cell lung cancer. The FHIT gene may be a molecular target of tobacco carcinogenesis.
