DRM技术在法律学领域的应用中,逐渐产生了一些惹人争议的法律问题。例如:存在与行业之间的公平竞争问题、消费者权益保障问题、公众合理使用权益的保护问题等。文章对我国数字版权管理技术的法律限制问题提出建议。
DRM technology gradually brought some controversial legal issues in the field of legal science. For example: the existence of fair competition with the industry, the protection of consumer rights issues, the protection of public rights and interests of the legitimate issues. The article puts forward suggestions on the legal restriction of digital copyright management technology in our country.
