金湿法冶金工艺流程要求尾弃液中金量小于20ppb。整个流程中最困难的分析问题是炭浆法(CIP)和树脂矿浆法(RIP)流程里吸附尾弃液中金的测定。作为一种常规分析方法,希望能满足以下三项要求:(1)测定下限能达到20pp;(2)因样品为氰化物碱性体系,在整个分析过程中不能加酸,以防产生氢氰酸气体;(3)方法简便、快速,用火焰-原子吸收法进行测定。刘传胜曾用原子吸收法测定金矿石氰化液中的金,灵敏度为1mg/L。
