为了进一步改进新型空气选粉机的选粉效果,提高选粉效率,减少压损,对新型空气选粉机的打散结构以及再分选进行了改进试验。试验分别采用了顺向双级打散、顺向双级打散再分选、逆向双级打散再分选3种不同结构。试验结果表明,进料速率为13.6 kg/s、风机频率为45 Hz左右时,新型空气选粉机采用逆向双级打散再分选结构,选粉效率最高并且压力损失最小。因此,逆向双级打散再分选结构最优。
In order to further improve the selection efficiency of the new air separator, increase the efficiency of powder selection and reduce the pressure loss, the new type of separator for air separator has been improved. Test were used to break down the forward two-stage, forward two-level break up and re-sorting, reverse two-stage break up and re-sorting three different structures. The results show that when the feed rate is 13.6 kg / s and the fan frequency is about 45 Hz, the new air separator adopts reverse double-stage breaking up and re-sorting structure, the highest efficiency of powder selection and the least pressure loss. Therefore, the reverse two-stage break-up and re-sorting structure is optimal.
