本文通过火力模型试验,对LD转炉从底部吹入适量的Ar、N_2、CO_2气体熔池中金属成分变化及炉渣形成的研究结果表明:项底复合吹炼法,熔池中金属成分变化与LD转炉法没有本质的区别,只是反应速度有所差异,Si氧化速度较快,吹炼4分钟已氧化到0.02%以下,而Mn则在S的氧化过程中被还原,C氧化速度较快,C-O关系由P_(co)1大气压(1600℃)平衡曲线向0.5大气压方向推移,终点钢中C可达0.02%以下。炉渣形成速度较快,石灰熔化率可达94%以上,脱P、脱S效果均优于LD转炉法。
