对５０例上消化道肿瘤所致的大出血病人用善得定治疗进行了临床研究。结果显示它比对照组明显缩短了止血时间，减少了出血量和输血量；止血百分率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），且未见明显副作用。本研究提示，善得定是上消化道肿瘤所致大出血的高效而安全的药物
A clinical study was conducted on the treatment of 50 patients with major bleeding caused by upper digestive tract tumors with Shanding. The results showed that it significantly shortened the time of hemostasis and reduced the amount of blood loss and blood transfusion compared with the control group; the percentage of hemostasis was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001), and no obvious side effects were observed. This study suggests that Sandostine is an effective and safe drug for bleeding caused by upper gastrointestinal cancers.
