论述网络出版平台对高校学术期刊提升品牌影响力的重要意义和作用。并以中南大学学报网站建设情况为例,从网络出版平台使用前后稿件处理周期、稿件数量和质量、论文下载量和期刊国际化程度等方面讨论网络出版对期刊的影响。结果表明,网络出版平台的建立对提升期刊的影响力成效显著,处理周期明显缩短,稿件数量成倍增长,稿源质量改善,论文下载量增加,国际化程度进一步提升。
The Significance and Function of Internet Publishing Platform in Promoting Brand Influence of Academic Journals in Colleges and Universities. Taking the website construction of Journal of Central South University as an example, this paper discusses the influence of online publishing on periodicals from the aspects of manuscript processing period, manuscript quantity and quality before and after publication, the quantity of papers downloaded and the degree of internationalization of journals. The results show that the establishment of online publishing platform has a significant effect on the promotion of periodicals, the processing cycle is significantly shortened, the number of manuscripts is doubled, the quality of manuscripts is improved, the number of essay downloads is increased, and the degree of internationalization is further enhanced.
