本文对无线电工业、仪表工业、机电设备、自动化设备、铁道设备等广泛应用的铜制裸压接端头进行失效分析后,改变了国内外传统生产方法,采用优化的新工序,与最佳热处理方法相配合,生产出无缝式铜制裸压接端头,经我国有关权威部门测试,其性能完全达到 JB2436-78部标。新工艺生产的端头,较传统工艺生产的端头,具有压接性能好、连接可靠性好、产品质量稳定、生产率高、成本低等特点,并可节约贵重金属白银,经济效益显著。
