一、学院办学模式灵活多样(一)“企中建校,校中建企”的办学模式。西安技师学院隶属中国西电集团,地处沣渭新区西电产业园内,根据西电集团发展的需要,不断调整专业结构,开发新专业,改造老专业,并不断从西电集团所属企业引进有丰富实践经验的技术人员担任实习指导教师,充实了师资力量,还将部分成员企业作为实训基地,部分学生毕业就安排在西电集团所属企业就业。
