高锰钢挖斗是斗链式采金船用来挖掘金砂矿床的主要部件。挖斗在挖掘过程中不仅连续受到致密坚硬的岩石冲击,挤压和摩擦,同时还要承受很大的工作拉力。这就要求挖斗不但要耐磨、耐冲击,还要具有高强度。挖斗材质为ZGMn13高锰钢,挖斗体的结构比较复杂,斗体基本是半球形,斗唇呈椭圆形,壁厚差较大。以150HC挖斗为例,最薄如厚度为25毫米,最厚达70毫米,毛坯重量为660公斤。这类结构的高锰钢铸件生产难度大。目前,国
