根据相关文献和近年来煤矿事故原因调查结果,把煤炭产量、采煤机械化程度、安全生产法律法规、从业人员素质、GDP增速等因素确定为影响煤矿伤亡事故的5个主要因素,运用灰色系统理论进行关联分析。分析结果表明与煤矿伤亡事故关联度较大的因素依次是从业人员素质、采煤机械化程度、煤炭产量、安全生产法律法规、国内生产总值。该方法简单、精确度比较高,有助于准确评价煤矿伤亡事故的关键影响因素和预防伤亡事故的发生。
According to the relevant literature and the survey results of coal mine accidents in recent years, the coal production, coal mechanization degree, safety production laws and regulations, the quality of employees, GDP growth and other factors were identified as the five major factors affecting coal mine casualties. By using gray system Theory of correlation analysis. The analysis shows that the factors associated with the coal mine casualties are the quality of employees, mechanization of coal mining, coal production, production safety laws and regulations, and GDP. The method is simple and accurate, which is helpful to accurately evaluate the key influencing factors of coal mine casualties and prevent the occurrence of casualties.
