结合临床经验,总结了手足口病的中医病因病机及治疗。手足口病病位在肺、脾,涉及脏腑为心、肝。常证邪犯肺脾,预后多良好;变证邪陷厥阴、心阳虚衰,病位在心、肝,预后多凶险。外因为感受手足口时邪,手足口时邪性属湿热疫毒;内因为正气不足,小儿素体湿热体质易于罹患。常证的治疗在于清热祛湿为主,不宜发汗、滋阴、攻下等;变证的治疗或清热解毒、平肝熄风,或温补心阳、救逆固脱,需要审时度势,随证而治为宜。
