磁性稀土具有良好的性能,产量逐年增加。目前工业用的有两种类型。一种是Nd-Fe-B复合磁性金属,另一种是Sm-Co合金。有时,生产中有Nd-Fe-B复合金属与Sm-Co合金的混合废弃物。因此,希望建立一个回收混合稀土磁性废弃物的体系。对Sm-Co合金和Nd-Fe-B复合金属的氧化焙烧产物用盐酸浸出和金属溶剂萃取,获得了磁性稀土废弃物湿法治金处理的基础数据。
Magnetic rare earth has good performance, output increased year by year. There are currently two types of industrial use. One is Nd-Fe-B composite magnetic metal, the other is Sm-Co alloy. Occasionally, there is a mixture of Nd-Fe-B composite metal and Sm-Co alloy waste. Therefore, we hope to establish a system for recycling mixed rare earth magnetic waste. The basic data of wet gold treatment of magnetic rare earth waste was obtained by leaching with hydrochloric acid and extracting with metal solvent for the oxidized roasted products of Sm-Co alloy and Nd-Fe-B composite metal.
