采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了流行性出血热(简称EHF)患者尿液中α_1-微球蛋白(α_1-m)、尿白蛋白(Alb)含量,旨在探讨尿液中α_1-m、Alb浓度与EHF各期肾功能损害程度的关系,现报告如下.材料和方法一、检测对象:(一)患者组为本院传染科住院病人,经EHF抗体检查(免疫荧光法)为阳性者,共47例(男29例,女18例),其年龄14~52岁,平均32.5岁.根据病程分为发热期、低血压期及少尿期(此二期常分期不明显,故分为一组),多尿期和恢复期.
