单型小麦雄性不育系的研究(英文)

以异质小麦品种(Ae.uniaristata)-Chris为母本,两个不同细胞质的正反杂交后代株(系)为父本1和2,先后进行了杂交和成对连续置换回交,培育出稳定的单型小麦雄性不育系。并用一批小麦品种(系)对其保持性和恢复性进行了测定。结果表明:单型不育系既不同于粘类,更不同于提类。是一个稳定的新不育类型。其突出特点是:(1)仅少数小麦品种(系)是其稳定的保持系:(2)恢复源很广泛,绝大多数小麦品种(系)对其不育性都具有不同程度的恢复力,并且恢复度高于80%以上的恢复系比其它具有较广泛恢复源的不育类型在普通小麦中占有较大的比例;(3)长势正常,种子饱满,胞质无不良的母性影响。为杂种小麦与常规育种更好地结合,常规育种的最新成就更有效地应用于杂种小麦,加快杂种小麦的选育和生产应用创造了很有利的条件。 Using Ae.uniaristata-Chris as the female parent, two different cytoplasmic positive and negative hybrid progeny lines (lines) were selected as male parents 1 and 2, and crossed and backcrossed one after another successively to cultivate Stable single male sterile wheat line. And a number of wheat varieties (lines) of its retention and recovery were determined. The results showed that the single-type CMS lines were different from the sticky class, but different from the class. Is a stable new type of infertility. Its prominent features are: (1) only a few wheat varieties (lines) are their stable maintainer lines: (2) the recovery sources are very broad, and most of the wheat varieties (lines) have different degree of resilience to their sterility , And the restorer lines with the recovery higher than 80% accounted for a larger proportion than the other sterile lines with wider recovery sources in common wheat. (3) The maternal effects of normal growth, full seeds and no cytoplasm were found. For the hybrid wheat and conventional breeding better integration, the latest achievements of conventional breeding more effectively applied to hybrid wheat, speed up hybrid wheat breeding and production and application of creating favorable conditions.
