目的探索ISO9001:140001标准在医院病案管理中的有效性。方法通过ISO标准对病案进行管理,找出与ISO标准管理实施前的成效。结果病案管理明显提高。结论推行ISO质量管理体系,有利于病案管理的规范和完善,实现目标管理的要求。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of ISO9001: 140001 standard in hospital medical record management. Methods Through the management of medical records through ISO standards, the effectiveness of pre-administration of ISO standards management was identified. As a result, the management of medical records has been significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of the ISO quality management system is conducive to the standardization and improvement of medical record management and the realization of the goal management requirements.
