目的:比较国内常用胰岛素泵的各种技术参数及特点。方法:对DANA泵等几类胰岛素泵的性能、操作方法等进行对比性分析。结果:DANA泵性能稳定,操作简便;圣唐泵有输注力调整和血糖记录功能;MiniMed泵有双波餐前注射功能;H-TRONPlus泵不易产生误操作;福尼亚泵与DANA泵类似,但有基础率回顾功能。结论:各种泵有各自的优点及缺点,如能严密观察和及时发现并处理,同样可取得良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To compare various technical parameters and characteristics of commonly used insulin pump in China. Methods: The performance of DANA pumps and other types of insulin pumps, methods of operation for comparative analysis. Results: DANA pump performance is stable, easy to operate; Sheng Tang pump infusion force adjustment and blood glucose recording function; MiniMed pump has a double-wave pre-meal injection function; H-TRONPlus pump is not easy to produce misoperation; , But there is a basic rate review function. Conclusion: The various pumps have their own advantages and disadvantages, such as close observation and timely detection and treatment, the same can be achieved good therapeutic effect.
