一般中、小型高炉都采用并列罐喷煤系统,喷吹罐通过一根输煤总管将煤粉输送到高炉,然后经炉前分配器再分配到高炉的各个风口。多年来,一直沿用瓶式分配器。这种分配器为一圆柱形空腔容器,分配支管布置在空腔容器的上部侧面,与分配器空腔容器呈90°直角。由于这种瓶式分配器结构不合理,气体力学性能不良。据有的单位测定各支管间煤粉量相差一倍甚至几倍,且由于煤粉流进入分配器后流速改变和流向突然改变以及在分配器内来回折返,造成阻力损失
In general, small and medium-sized blast furnace are used in parallel tank coal injection system, the injection tank through a coal conveying pipe to the blast furnace, and then reallocated to the blast furnace through the front distributor. This dispenser is a cylindrical cavity container which is arranged on the upper side of the cavity container at a right angle to the dispenser cavity container. Due to the unreasonable structure of this bottle distributor, poor gas mechanics performance. According to some units, the amount of pulverized coal varies from branch to branch by a factor of two or even a few times. As the pulverized coal flow changes into the distributor and the flow rate suddenly changes and flows back and forth within the distributor, the resistance loss
