当前,随着PHC规划的全面实施,全国农村各种健康保障模式应运而生,我们根据鄞县农村的实际,借鉴外地经验,扬长避短,选择了“村乡联办,农工统筹”的合作医疗保险制度,在全县PHC试点乡以主要形式推开后,深受广大农民的欢迎,具有较强的生命力。现介绍具体做法、特点及可行性。
At present, with the full implementation of the PHC plan, various rural health protection models have emerged as the times require. We have used the experience of the rural areas of Gifu County to learn from the experiences of other regions and have taken advantage of weaknesses to avoid weaknesses. We have chosen the Cooperative Medical Insurance System of “Middle villages and towns associations and agricultural and industrial co-ordination”. After the county’s PHC pilot township was pushed in its main form, it was welcomed by the majority of farmers and had strong vitality.
