本文测定了84及85年云南克山病病区与非病区393例2~15岁儿童发样中硒、锰、锌、铜、铁、钙、镁七种元素含量。用84年132例样本通过电子计算机多类判别程序,建立了包含硒、锰、锌及年令四项指标的三类判别函数,用以判别病区正常儿、潜在型克山病病儿及非病区儿童,内部检验符合率为86.4%,有较满意的判别效果。用85年221例样本进行外部检验,符合率为86.9%,有较满意的应用效果。本函数四项指标对克山病潜在型的诊断可起辅助作用。深入研究硒、锰、锌之间的协同或拮抗作用,将有助于克山病病因及发病机理的研究。
This paper measured the selenium, manganese, zinc, copper, iron, calcium, and magnesium contents of 393 children aged 2-15 years in Keshan disease and non-endemic areas in Yunnan during the 84th and 85th years. The discriminant functions including selenium, manganese, zinc, and four orders of age were established using 132 sample samples from 84 years through various types of electronic computer discriminant programs to discriminate between normal children and potential Keshan disease children. In non-ward children, the internal test compliance rate was 86.4% and there was a more satisfactory discrimination effect. External inspection was conducted with 221 samples for 85 years. The compliance rate was 86.9% and satisfactory application results were obtained. The four indicators of this function may be helpful in the diagnosis of the potential type of Keshan disease. An in-depth study of the synergistic or antagonistic effects of selenium, manganese, and zinc will contribute to the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of Keshan disease.
