随着编辑和采访两个大的体系从相对的分离逐渐成为了主流,各个媒体的独立编辑平台也在逐步地建立,一个全新的报刊新闻采编策划群体也正如日中天地发展起来,并且还成为了各个媒体的总编辑、编委会和各部门的主任等的传统决策人以外的又一个具有很大影响力的媒体走向重要决策系统。笔者将在本文中就报刊新闻中的相关采编工作问题提出自己的一些看法和见解。
