液化石油气做为化工原料、工业燃料和民用燃料等被广泛的应用,但对从事液化气作业人员能否引起不良反应,对人体细胞能否引起畸变,国内尚少研究。为探讨这一问题,对某厂液化气站部分职工进行了职业史、家族史调查和细胞遗传学方面检测,结果报告如下。检查对象随机抽样检查20名接触液化气职工,分为两组,直接接触组(简称直接组)12名,男8名、女4名,主要是运行工和槽车清理工,年龄27~56岁,平均45岁,接触时间5~11年。间接接触组(简称间接组),男女各4名,是接触液化气的工作人员,年龄23~54岁,平均41.7岁,接触时间4~11年。以献血员20名
