由冶金部科技司和中国城填供热协会技术咨询部联合举办的热力管网补偿技术研讨会,于1991年3月11～13日在河北省唐山市召开。全国冶金、电力、石油、化工、煤炭、机电、建筑、轻工、兵器和核工等系统的设计院所及工矿企业等70个单位,141名领导和代表与会。会上有90个单位就应用北京冶金设备研究所制造的球型补偿器的成功使用进行了交流与研讨,并观看了录象,考察了现场。会议肯定了球型补偿器技术的先进性,肯定了补偿量大、节省钢材和资金、热损失小与占地面积少以及产品质量好等优点。建议积极推广使用。会议还就球型补偿器的
