中国银行上海分析与有色金属板带厂利用奥地利政府混合贷款转贷协议签字仪式九月四日举行。有色金属加工总厂筹建处常务副总指挥高棋生,中国银行上海分行外汇信贷部副经理周路分别代表双方在协议上签字。有色总公司总经理彭锋、中行上海分行,上海投资信托公司等各有关方面领导出席了签字仪式。
Bank of China Shanghai Analysis and Non-ferrous Metal Strip Factory Utilization of the Austrian Government Mixed Loans Agreement Signing Ceremony Held on September 4. Non-ferrous metal processing plant preparatory office Deputy Chief Commander Gao Qisheng, Bank of China Shanghai Branch of Foreign Exchange Credit Weekly Road, respectively, on behalf of both parties signed the agreement.
