目的探讨运用正畸方法对乳牙期上颌骨复合骨折患儿行非手术治疗的临床效果。方法2005—2008年在中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科进行治疗的上颌骨复合骨折患儿5例,于伤后1周内行正畸治疗,口内应用上颌薄垫,口外戴前方牵引器配合弹性颅颌绷带联合牵引或用简单头帽颏兜垂直牵引。结果通过正畸治疗,骨折部位得到良好的复位和固定,患者获得较好的咬合关系。结论运用正畸方法治疗乳牙期上颌骨复合骨折患儿,骨折愈合良好,咬合关系正常,软组织侧貌改善,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment of children with maxillary complex fractures in primary deciduous teeth using orthodontics. Methods From 2005 to 2008, 5 children with maxillary complex fractures were treated with Department of Orthodontics, China Medical University. Orthodontic treatment was performed within 1 week after injury. Elastic craniomaxillary bandage traction or with a simple cap chin pocket vertical traction. Results Through orthodontic treatment, the fracture site was well reset and fixed, and the patient got better occlusal relationship. Conclusion Orthodontics is an effective treatment for children with maxillary complex fractures at the stage of deciduous teeth. The fracture healing is good, the occlusion relationship is normal and the soft tissue profile is improved.
