眼位偏斜不仅影响双眼视觉功能而且影响面容和谐。学龄前早期斜视矫治是希望能达到双眼协同性视觉的建立,成年之后大多只是为了改善外观。本文通过288例大龄斜视美容手术的分析对其适应证选择、手术方法与特点、成功率和存在的问题进行讨论。
Ocular skew not only affects binocular visual function but also affects facial harmony. Strabismus correction in the early stage of preschool is hoping to achieve the establishment of binocular vision. Most of the adults only want to improve the appearance. This article through the 288 elderly strabismus cosmetic surgery analysis of its indications selection, surgical methods and characteristics, the success rate and the existing problems are discussed.
