随着科学技术的发展,对产品质量的要求越来越高。工作的可靠性和使用寿命的长短与零件的耐磨性关系很大,是产品质量好坏的关键。要提高零件的耐磨性,必须进行对比试验和理论分析。由我院和武汉柴油机厂协作研制成功的~*WDA—2型磨损测试仪为对比试验提供了良好的测试手段。仪器的特点为:测试精度较高,能在较短的运转时间后测定发动机零件的单边线性不均匀磨损。仪器的尺寸小,重量轻,可在现场测试磨擦副件磨损;并可用以进行零件的材质、工艺结构和管理因素对耐磨性影响的优选对比试验。
With the development of science and technology, product quality requirements are getting higher and higher. The reliability of the work and the length of the service life of the wear-resistant parts have a great relationship, is the key to product quality. To improve the wear resistance of parts, we must conduct comparative tests and theoretical analysis. By our hospital and Wuhan Diesel Engine Factory successfully developed ~ * WDA-2-type wear tester for the comparative test provides a good means of testing. The characteristics of the instrument are: high test accuracy, which can determine the unilateral linear uneven wear of engine parts after a short running time. The small size and light weight of the instrument can test the abrasion of the friction parts in the field; and can be used to carry out the preferred comparison test on the influence of the material, technological structure and management factors of the parts on the abrasion resistance.
