我厂可锻铸铁件退火在13t台车式煤粉炉中进行。如果燃料水分超过8%,煤粉就不能充分燃烧,部分煤粉将沉积在台车及炉膛内,影响铸件退火质量,有的则被烟囱抽出,污染环境。
I plant malleable iron annealing in 13t trolley pulverized coal furnace. If the fuel moisture exceeds 8%, the pulverized coal can not be fully burned. Part of the pulverized coal will be deposited in the trolley and the furnace, which will affect the quality of the castings and some will be extracted by the chimney to pollute the environment.
