近几年来,铝合金玻璃幕墙随着现代建筑的不断涌现而营运而生。由于玻璃幕墙的特殊魄力,倍受建筑师及建设单位的青睐,得到广泛的采用,大有一哄而上之势。但是,采用它的一些弊病也逐渐地暴露出来了,不容建筑师和建设单位所忽视。笔者现就其弊病综合起来与读者进行商酌。 (一)玻璃幕墙与能源 玻璃幕墙大都采用半反射玻璃,安装在建筑物外侧的反射玻璃将部分阳光反射回去,反射率最低都在10%以上。经笔者测试,有玻璃幕墙遮挡的比没有玻璃幕墙遮挡的房间温度低2~3℃。有色镀膜玻璃使房间光线变暗,灯光开启时间延长。因此,安装玻璃幕墙增加了热能与电能的消耗,这在北方地区尤其明显。
