社区是城市生活的基本单位和细胞,是我国基层社会重要的空间。社区工作者是社区服务的直接提供者、社区建设的直接参与者,社区工作者队伍的建设对我国社区工作的未来发展影响巨大。本文主要阐述社区工作者培训过程中,以引领式学习、专家面授与专项培训相结合的教育培训方法,介绍了双层管理与双重考核的培训模式,将社区工作者培养成政治素养高、服务意识强、业务水平过得硬的社区工作者队伍。
Community is the basic unit and cell of urban life and an important space for grass-roots society in our country.
