本文根据离心式压气机工作时,叶轮流道中气体微团的流动的相对速度在垂直于叶轮转轴的径向平面上投影的二元分析,并利用流道中叶片压力面上出现负速度时的叶轮转速与投影在该平面上的气流平均速度、叶轮主要的几何参数的关系式,分析了国内外一些离心式压气机在设计工况下叶轮出口段流道中存在负速度的情况与实验所测得的压气机性能的关系之后,提出离心式压气机叶轮流道出口段可控负速度设计—沿叶轮半径等临界角速度设计的建议。本设计方法可作为详细计算三元流场之前,初估叶轮的几何参数(Z、β_Γ、R_K、b等)之用,这样可以减少验算三元流场的计算方案,节省电算费用。对没有条件进行电算的地区或单位,可以用本方法近似地验算叶轮出口段流场,供选取设计方案时参考。
In this paper, according to the centrifugal compressor work, the relative velocity of gas flow in the impeller flow path in the radial plane perpendicular to the impeller axis of the projection of the binary analysis, and the use of flow in the blade pressure surface when the negative speed of the impeller The relationship between the rotating speed and the average velocity of the airflow in the plane and the main geometric parameters of the impeller is analyzed and the situation that some centrifugal compressors in domestic and abroad have negative velocity in the runner at the exit section of the impeller at the design condition is analyzed. After the relationship between the performance of the compressor and the outlet of the centrifugal compressor impeller, the design of the controllable negative speed - the design of critical angular velocity along the radius of the impeller is proposed. The design method can be used as the detailed calculation of the ternary flow field before the preliminary estimation of the geometrical parameters of the impeller (Z, β_Γ, R_K, b, etc.), so as to reduce the computational scheme of checking the ternary flow field and save the computing cost. For areas or units that do not have the conditions for calculation, this method can be used to approximate the flow field in the outlet section of the impeller for reference when selecting the design scheme.
