我科1998年9月-1999年5月共收集37例脑外伤后复查CT的病例。现根据其临床症状、体征的变化与CT表现之间的关系，就外伤后CT复查的时机以及其对治疗和预后的影响作如下分析。1临床资料男26例，女11例；年龄4－84岁，平均年龄对．5岁。车祸伤19例，坠落伤7例，摔伤5例，刀砍伤2例
Our department from September 1998 to May 1999 a total of 37 cases of CT scan after traumatic brain injury cases were collected.
