本文对维脑路通加胞二磷胆碱静脉滴注治疗脑血管病200例疗效观察总结如下。临床资料 200例中,男120例,女80例。年龄45～75岁。100例脑动脉硬化症病人均有明显头晕、头痛、记忆力减退,部分病人有肢体麻木、无力及植物性神经功能障碍。脑血栓、脑出血和短暂性脑缺血病人全部有不同程度偏瘫,其中肌力0级20例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级40例,Ⅲ级40例,不完全性运动失语20例。治疗方法及结果将维脑路通0.4加胞二磷胆碱0.5加入50～100g/L葡萄糖250ml静脉滴意。如高脂血症或血液粘度增高的病人,将上述剂量药物加入低分子右旋糖酐500ml中静滴。一个疗程为12～20天,间隔5～7天可继续第2个疗程。治疗中不使用其他血管扩张剂及脑代谢激活剂。疗效标准:显效:病情
