以14个柑桔品种成熟泉实中的败育种子为试材,培养诱导胚性愈伤组织的发生。结果表明,不同种类品种的胚性愈伤组织和胚状体的发生频率明显不同。麦芽提取物、谷氨酰胺和GA明显影响柑桔胚性愈伤组织和胚状体的发生。
Fourteen citrus cultivars were used as test materials to induce embryogenic callus. The results showed that the embryogenic callus and embryoid body of different varieties had different frequency obviously. Malt extract, glutamine and GA significantly affect the occurrence of embryogenic callus and embryoid body of citrus.
