Objective: To explore the related factors of poor healing of cesarean surgical incision and to put forward corresponding preventive measures to provide a theoretical basis for avoiding cesarean section incision healing. METHODS: A total of 1987 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were recruited from January 2014 to October 2014 in our hospital. Twenty-six women with cesarean section incision healings and healed cesarean section during the same period were enrolled in this study. Patients as the study object, the two groups were compared to summarize some of the factors related to poor cesarean section incision healing. Results: 26 cases of cesarean section incision poor healing were: incision cleft in 3 cases, incision fat liquefaction in 7 cases, incision infection in 16 cases. The incidence of incisional healing was 1.31%. Factors affecting cesarean section incision healing are: no preoperative antibiotics, hypoproteinemia, surgery for a long time, the main suture, premature rupture of membranes, obesity. Conclusion: Various factors can affect the healing of cesarean incision. To reduce the incidence of cesarean section incision healing, the following measures can be taken: pregnant women during pregnancy should be intensive care to avoid premature rupture of membranes and control of body mass Index (BMI), preoperative use of antibiotics to prevent infection, strengthen nutrition during pregnancy, minimize the operation time, the main suture.
