近日,针对村“两委”换届的有关问题,深入到部分村进行了专题调查,发现了一些新情况、新问题,应引起重视: 思想认识上存有分歧。多数农村干部、群众对换届选举能够正确对待,但也存在着分歧,主要集中在推行“一人兼”上。不少村党支部书记在座谈中流露,农村工作复杂具体,啥事都要党支部书记挑头,有些矛盾无法回避,如计划生育、征购提留都是硬任务,工作中难免有失误,得罪了一些群众,对能否选上心中没底。不少党员、群众也反映,一个村有几个村民小组,以往都是这组出个支书,那组就要出个主任或会计,特别是在自然村比较多、姓比较杂的村,要大量交叉任职,实行“一人兼”,怕村民心理不平衡,以后的工作难开展。
