Rail transit fee is a commonly used accounting tool for foreign rail transit operation and management. It is widely used in UK, France, Japan, the United States and other countries. The system of toll fee provides an effective route and measures for the selection of rail transit management mode. The system of toll fee in EU, North America and Japan is analyzed, and its design conception, conditions of use and setting basis are compared.
