两千多年来,世界各国凡是要把原木剖成板、方材,总是离不开锯子。这种用锯子制材的工艺虽然出材率较高,但是存在着劳动生产率低、木材综合利用率低、板皮运输装置庞杂等缺点。这些缺点影响了制材工业向高生产率、高综合利用率和自动化方向发展。近十几年来,制材工艺出现了很大突破。削片制材新工艺正在部分地取代传统的锯剖制材工艺,使制材工业的面貌焕然一新。削片制材,就是利用特种刀具,将原木四周不宜成材的部分(锯材时的边皮)削成木片,以获取成材。削下来的木片可用作人造板或纸浆的原料。采用削片制材工艺可以克服锯剖制材的上述缺点。
For more than two thousand years, countries all over the world who want to cut the logs into plates and square materials are always inseparable from sawing. Although this method of sawing timber has a higher yield rate, there are some shortcomings such as low labor productivity, low comprehensive utilization rate of timber, and complex slab transportation devices. These shortcomings have affected the material industry to high productivity, high utilization and automation direction. In the past ten years, a great breakthrough has taken place in the material technology. Shaving new technology is being partially replaced by the traditional sawing process, so that the face of the industry look like a new look. Shaving material, is the use of special tools, the logs will not be useful for the timber around the part of the (edge of the sawn timber) into wood, in order to obtain timber. Chipped wood chips can be used as raw material or pulp. The shaving process can overcome the above shortcomings of sawing profiles.
