迄今尚无切削油致哮喘的报道。本文报告一例因接触车床用切削油的乳化油雾所致的职业性哮喘。患者男性,63岁,工龄43年,工作是切割金属板。在干磨刀具时接触到含钴和钨的粉尘。切割时接触冷却用的切削油。近十年来,患者有干咳、喘鸣、进行性呼吸困难,脱离工作后好转。不吸烟。无家族过敏史。肺部听及弥漫性哮鸣音。用10种常用的吸入性抗原作皮肤划痕试验,仅对室内粉尘、尘螨、羽毛呈阳性反应。血、痰检查均未见嗜酸性粒细胞增多。胸片显示肺野清晰,心影大小正常。肺功能检查结果如下(括号内为占预计值之%)FEV_1 1.95升(60%),FVC 4.55升(105%),TLV 8.0升(110%),RV 4.1升(165%),TLco
