滚针轴承是商业车辆中应用最为广泛的空转轴承,本文论述了这种轴承的以下要求:影响其使用寿命的参数、壳体类型的选择、壳体材料、损坏类型和相应的台架试验。 1.引言由于发动机功率的不断增大和经济的传动类型的增多,现代变速箱采用较多的齿轮和最佳的齿轮档。紧凑的结构和现代的换档以及变速箱的设计(图1)要求诸齿轮不脱开啮合而依靠用空转轴承装在轴上。虽然最早期的典型的商业车辆变速箱在采用这些轴承的地方采用滑动轴承,而现在6和12档变速箱即S6-90组合部件和16档变速箱(Ecosplit),用适当的专用滚动轴承。
Needle roller bearings are the most widely used idler bearings in commercial vehicles and this article addresses the following requirements for such bearings: parameters that affect their service life, the choice of housing type, the material of the housing, the type of damage, and the corresponding bench test. 1. Introduction Due to the increasing power of the engine and the increase of economic transmission types, modern gearboxes use more gears and the best gear. The compact construction and modern shifting as well as gearbox design (Figure 1) require that the gears rest on the shaft without idler bearings. Although the earliest typical commercial vehicle transmissions used plain bearings where these bearings were used, now the 6th and 12th gearboxes are the S6-90 combination and the 16-speed gearbox (Ecosplit), with the appropriate dedicated roller bearings.
