就对新课程的关注、最想学习的内容、最需要的培训、最有效的培训形式、最适合培训的专家身份和专业发展最有效的途径六个方面,对96名山西省农村小学数学“国培计划”学员的培训需求进行调查与分析。其中既有对总体的分析,又有对职称、教师专业发展阶段的纵向研究,还有针对同一职称与教师专业发展阶段,基于纯农村与城乡接合部两个不同地域的横向比较研究。由此可知,“国培计划”项目的课程设置与目标设计还需要有针对性地细化。
On the new curriculum concerns, the most want to learn the content, the most needed training, the most effective form of training, the most suitable training of professional identity and professional development of the most effective way to six aspects of 96 rural primary school mathematics The training needs of “Peiguo plan” trainees are investigated and analyzed. From this it can be seen that the curriculum and target design of the “Peiguoshui Program” also need to be narrowly targeted.
