没有一定的理论素养,缺乏正确的思想引领,缺乏思维的穿透力和深刻的洞察力,就可能让我们分不清对错,既难以发现问题,也不敢大胆怀疑,即便想创新,也有心无力,不知从何入手。于是我们往往迷信权威,盲目崇拜;于是我们无法突破,只能跟在别人后面跑;于是我们只会简单地学习,全盘复制,而难以实现从一般向个别的转化,不能根据时代要求,并结合自身和学生的特点,对自己的实践经验加以总结提炼,形成自己的模式与方法。
Without a certain amount of theoretical accomplishments, a lack of proper thought leadership, a lack of penetrating thinking and deep insight, we may be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. It is difficult to find problems and dare not to doubt them. Even if we want to innovate, Ineffective, I do not know where to start. Therefore, we often superstition authority and blind worship. Therefore, we can not break through and can only run behind others. Therefore, we can only simply study and copy comprehensively so that it is hard to realize the transformation from general to individual. We can not combine the requirements of the times with those of the times Itself and the characteristics of students, to summarize their own practical experience refined to form their own patterns and methods.
