1.机械部将以数控机床为代表的基础机械列为机械工业振兴的四大重点之一 1994年1月在京召开的全国机械工业工作会议上,何光远部长在报告中把严重制约机械工业发展的重要基础机械列为振兴机械工业的四大重点之一,并指出:重要基础机械要突出抓好产品结构调整,集中力量优先发展数控机床与数控系统。为贯彻这一决策,机械工业部一年来进行了多次调研与论证,明确今后发展数控机床的方针是:跟踪高档型,发展普及型,扩大经济型;重点抓好主机,集中突破数控系统;质量第一,提高可靠性;内外结合,以我为主,实现我国数控机床经济规模,逐步形成我国自己的设计开发体系。以上述方针为指导,开展了以[九五]为重点的规划工作。 2.为适应我国汽车工业的发展,机械工业部规划将
